Content Policy
What you can and can’t put in a Zuzu Made gift, how to report a gift, and what we do when something breaks the rules.
Last updated 19 Oct 2026
Zuzu Made gifts are made for one person, with love. This Content Policy explains what you can put in a gift, what is never allowed, and what we do when someone reports a gift. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. What you may upload
- Your own photos, videos, voice notes and words, or ones you have permission to use.
- Photos of people who would be happy to be in the gift. If someone else is in a photo, make sure they would be comfortable with the person you are sending it to seeing it.
- Music and artwork from the Zuzu Made library, inside your gift.
If you are not sure whether something is okay, leave it out.
2. What is not allowed
You must not upload, write or link to:
- Nudity or sexual content of anyone.
- Any sexualised content involving minors (anyone under 18). We have zero tolerance for this. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities.
- Graphic violence, gore or self-harm, or anything that encourages them.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats or bullying, including content that attacks someone for their religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, disability or where they come from.
- Someone else's private photos or personal data without their consent, such as their phone number, address, ID documents or private messages.
- Impersonation: pretending to be someone you are not, or making a gift look like it came from someone else.
- Copyrighted material you don't have the rights to, such as other people's photos, artwork or music.
- Illegal content, including the sale of drugs or weapons.
- Spam or scams: fake offers, phishing, links meant to trick people, or anything meant to deceive or defraud.
3. Gift links are private
A gift is shared through a private link, and only people with the link can open it. We do not look through gifts. If a gift is reported, our team may open it to review the report and decide what to do.
4. What happens if a gift breaks this policy
- We review every report by hand. Nothing is removed automatically.
- If a gift breaks this policy, we may disable the gift, so its link stops working, and we may disable the account that made it.
- Purchases are final, so a gift or account disabled for breaking this policy is not refunded. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Repeated or serious violations mean an account ban. Content involving the abuse of minors, or other serious crimes, is reported to the authorities.
5. How to report a gift
- On any gift, tap Report (at the end of the gift, or in the ⋯ menu in the corner), choose a reason and send. You don't need an account, and the person who made the gift is not told who reported it.
- You can also write to us through the Contact page or at zuzumade.support@gmail.com. Include the gift's link, but never its passcode.
If a photo of you is used without your permission, tell us and we will look at it quickly.
6. Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints about this policy or a decision we made: zuzumade.support@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
