Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zuzu Made ("Zuzu Made", "we", "us"). By creating an account, paying for a gift or sharing one, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. What Zuzu Made is

Zuzu Made lets you make a small interactive digital gift (for example for a birthday, an anniversary or an apology) with your own photos, letters, voice notes and music, and share it with one person through a private link. It is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, or use Zuzu Made with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you. You must give us accurate details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Accounts

You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. We confirm your email before your first gift goes live. One account per email address.

4. Building, preview and payment

• Building and previewing are free. You can make the whole gift and play it exactly as the recipient will before you pay anything.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment succeeds. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. A gift goes live only after Razorpay confirms the payment.
• The price and validity that apply are the ones shown when you pay. Later price changes do not affect gifts already paid for.

5. Validity, renewal and expiry

• Each paid gift stays live for the number of days shown above, starting when the payment is confirmed.
• We email reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before the link ends.
• Renewal is manual. Nothing renews by itself. You can renew from your account while the gift is live, or within 90 days after it ends. Renewal is a new one-time payment.
• When the validity ends, the link stops working. If it is not renewed within 90 days, the gift is archived and can no longer be renewed.

6. Live gifts can't be edited

Once a gift is live, its content is locked so the recipient always sees what you sent. To change something, duplicate it into a new draft, which is shared and paid for as a new gift. You can still change or remove the passcode, share the link again, or revoke the gift.

7. Private links and passcodes

Each gift has a private link, and you may choose a custom link name. Some names are not allowed (reserved words and offensive words). Anyone with the link can open the gift, so share it only with the right person. You can add a passcode. You can revoke a gift at any time, which closes the link for good. All purchases are final once payment succeeds, so revoking a gift does not lead to a refund (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).

8. Your content

• You own what you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and show it, only to run Zuzu Made: to save your gift, show it to you and to the people who open your link, and to make backups.
• You promise that you have the right to use everything you add, including other people's photos, names and voices, and that you have their consent where needed.
• Do not use Zuzu Made for anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, involving minors in any harmful way, infringing someone else's rights, or meant to deceive or defraud.
• We may remove content or revoke a gift that breaks these rules or the law, or when a court or authority requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why.

9. Replies

A recipient can send a reaction or short message back to you. Please be kind. We may hide replies that break these Terms.

10. Our service and content

The designs, illustrations, animations, music licences, code and the Zuzu Made name belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only inside your gifts on Zuzu Made. We work hard to keep Zuzu Made available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update or change features.

11. Limitation of liability

Zuzu Made is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a gift is limited to the amount you paid for that gift. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

13. Ending your account

You can stop using Zuzu Made at any time and ask us to delete your account at zuzumade.support@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Purchases are not refunded, including gifts revoked because of a breach.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort things out. If we cannot, the courts at Jaipur, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email or on the site if the change is significant. The Terms in force when you paid for a gift apply to that purchase.
